- Wheelchairs are available for a $7 rental fee (plus tax) at Discover the Wild gift shop. An ID deposit is also requested.
- Strollers are also available for daily rental.
- Single stroller: $6
- Double stroller: $8

A variety of snacks, drinks, and lunch options are available at The Zoofari Café. Discover the Wild gift shop offers a wide range of souvenirs, books, toys, and clothing. Food service and gift shopping are available during all regular business hours.
